Punjab & Sind Bank Medical Consultant Recruitment 2026 – Online Form Fill Instruction

  • 1. Candidates should visit the official Punjab & Sind Bank website under the Recruitment section to find the Medical Consultant notification.
  • 2. Download the prescribed application format and fill it out completely in your own handwriting or using a typewriter.
  • 3. Affix a recent passport-size photograph and sign across it as required in the application form.
  • 4. Attach self-attested photocopies of your educational degrees from the 10th standard through your medical graduation/post-graduation.
  • 5. Include a valid registration certificate from the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
  • 6. Provide detailed experience certificates from previous employers or hospitals proving the required 5 to 7 years of practice.
