1. Candidates must log in to the UPSSSC website using their PET 2025 Registration Number and personal details or OTP.
2. Verify your pre-filled information from the PET database including your name, category, and domicile status carefully.
3. Select the Pharmacist post and enter your professional qualification details like Diploma/Degree and Registration Number.
4. Check the declaration boxes and enter the verification code to proceed to the next step of the application.
5. Pay the nominal application fee of 25 rupees through the SBI m-collect or integrated payment gateway online.
6. Upload your latest photograph and signature only if the system prompts for an update; otherwise, PET data will be used.
7. Review the entire application preview to ensure there are no spelling errors in your technical qualifications.
