‘The Blind Side’ says adoption never happened

Michael Oher, former NFL player featured in "The Blind Side," filed a petition to end a conservatorship.

Oher alleges a Tennessee couple falsely claimed legal adoption and had him sign conservatorship papers.

The couple, Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy, allegedly used conservatorship for business deals without Oher's understanding.

Oher signed the paperwork during high school, thinking it was part of the adoption process

Oher seeks to terminate the conservatorship, demanding a portion of money earned from his story.
